Awarded to companies for excellence in HR values, practices and straegies, this certification is considered one of the most prestigious to receive in the field of identifying international standards of HR.

Some 600 Human Resources practices are assesesd and audited during the certification process, covering 9 different topics, including Talent Strategy, Learning and Development, Leadership Development and Culture.
